The short version
- Find a session on the schedule, or on pickup and classes.
- Tap Book. You need a free NSC ID to play at NSC, and booking makes you one if you do not have it yet. There is no password.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Paid memberships include free pickup.
- Keep the confirmation link. It is your receipt, your QR code and how you cancel.
- Arrive 10 minutes early and scan at the check-in desk.
Do I need an NSC ID?
Yes, everyone who plays at NSC needs one. It is free, it is your membership number, and the QR code that goes with it is how you get in at the check-in desk.
You do not need to get one first, though. Put in your name, email, phone and date of birth, sign the waiver, and pay, and we make your NSC ID as part of booking. There is no password, ever.
If the email you type already has an NSC ID, we will ask you to sign in rather than making a second one. That is so nobody can book in your name, and so you are charged your membership price rather than the drop-in price. Signing in is one tap on a link we email you and it brings you straight back to the session.
How old do you have to be?
Pickup is 13 and over. Leagues are 14 and over. Everyone who steps on the pitch signs the field access waiver, and a parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.
Under 18s do not get their own login. A parent adds them at sign-up, signs for them there, and answers for them from their own member page. From 15 we can give a player their own check-in code if the family asks for one.
What does pickup cost?
$10 a session on a free NSC ID, and Thursday 9 AM pickup is free for everyone. The price on the schedule is what you are charged, so check there if a session looks different.
Both paid memberships include free pickup: Pickup Member is $60 a month and NSC Member is $150 a month, and pickup is unlimited on either.
What do classes cost?
Intro to Football is $60, NSC Training is $35, Yoga and Pilates are $25 each, and Run Club is free with no cap. NSC Member includes all of them.
Prices and times on the classes page are read live from the club calendar, so what you see there is what you are charged.
Can I cancel, and do I get my money back?
Yes. Cancel up to one hour before the session starts and you get a full refund to the card you paid with, automatically. Inside that last hour the spot is yours and the payment stands.
Cancel from the confirmation link we emailed you, or from your account if you are signed in. Cancelling puts the spot straight back on sale, and whoever is first on the waitlist gets emailed a link to claim it.
The session is full. What happens on the waitlist?
Join it and nothing is charged. If somebody cancels, the person at the front of the line gets an email with a single use link to claim the spot, and a window to use it before it passes to the next person.
The window is shorter the closer it is to kick off, because a spot nobody claims an hour before the session is a spot nobody plays in.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or shine. Pickup runs in all weather. The pitch is outdoors, so dress for the day.
What do I bring, and what do I wear?
Turf shoes or flats. No cleats. Bring a water bottle.

Do I need a team, or can I come alone?
Come alone or bring people, both work. Pickup is a two hour window of rotating 5v5 and teams are made up on the spot when you arrive.

How do I get in when I arrive?
Scan your NSC ID QR code at the check-in desk, from your confirmation or from your member card. Arrive about 10 minutes early so the desk is not doing it at kick off.
The QR is your NSC ID in scannable form and it never changes, so the same code works every time. This is why everyone who plays needs an ID, and why it is free.
Which membership is worth it?
Both paid memberships include free pickup. Pickup Member ($60) pays for itself at six pickup sessions a month. NSC Member ($150) adds unlimited classes on top, so it pays for itself at a few pickups and a couple of classes a month.
Field Access is the free one: your NSC ID, your member QR and your history, paying as you go for everything else. Compare them.
How do I actually join a membership?
Right here. On the memberships page, sign in, pick Pickup Member or NSC Member, and Join takes you to secure checkout. Your card is charged monthly and you can cancel any time from your member page.
You sign the field access waiver first. If yours is not on file the page hands you a one tap link to sign it and brings you straight back.

I was a member before the club moved to this site. What happened to me?
Your membership came across with you and it runs here now. You did not have to sign up again, and your renewal date did not change.
Your tier and the date you are paid through are on your member page. Everything is billed on this site now, so that page is where you change or cancel it. If anything looks wrong, email support@playnsc.com.
What is the priority booking window for NSC Members?
Everyone books at the same time right now. NSC Member will include a priority booking window, and members will hear from the club before it starts.
Something went wrong with a payment.
Email support@playnsc.com with the email address you booked under and roughly when, and a human at the club will pick it up.
Two things happen automatically and are worth knowing about: if a session fills while you are paying, you are refunded in full rather than seated; and if you somehow pay twice for the same session, the second payment is refunded.
