League rules
- 2x20 minute halves (5 minute halftime).
- Subs on any stoppage (please wait for referee to give go ahead).
- 5 fouls per half (on fifth foul, team is awarded a penalty and then count resets).
- MLS-style penalties.
- Fouls outside of the penalty area are placed at the site of the foul for an indirect freekick, opposing team must stand five yards away.
- Corner kicks are played with your hand with one-foot touching the boards.
- Walls: we play off of the side walls, but end line walls are out of bounds.
- Nets: we play off of the side nets and top net, but end line nets are out of bounds.
- Posts: we play off of the goal posts.
- No cleats, turfs recommended. Flats work as well.
- Tie-breakers: goal differential, then head to head, then goals for.
