Your job in four things
- Send your team's signup link so every player becomes an NSC member on your roster.
- Send your pay link and let people chip in until the team balance hits zero.
- Keep your roster right: approve join requests, and add players who are already NSC members yourself.
- Check the next game head count so you know before game night if you are short.
How do I get into my team page?
Go to playnsc.com/team, type your email, and tap the link we send you. No password. The link only works for the email address on file as your team's admin contact, so it is not something you can forward to someone else.
If you run more than one team, or you also play on a team, everything shows on the same page, one card per team.
Already signed in on your member page? There is an Open your team page button there that takes you straight across.
What does my team owe, and who pays it?
The league fee is charged to the team as one flat amount, currently $1,200 per team, or $600 in the Monday Women's league on the intro rate. It does not go up or down with roster size.
How you split it is up to you. The default individual share is $130 ($60 in Monday Women's), and you can set a different share in the collect block on your team page, which is what your players see suggested at checkout.
Your card shows what is billed, what has come in, and what is still outstanding, including anything already paid before this system existed.
How do my players pay?
Your team page has a pay link. Copy it and send it to your team however you normally talk to them. It opens a page showing the team's progress, where each person can pay the suggested share, a custom amount, or the whole remaining balance. Card only.
Payments never overshoot. Once the balance drops below someone's share, checkout charges just the remainder, so the final payment closes the team out exactly. NSC absorbs the card fee, so nobody pays a surcharge.
Every payment appears on your team page as it lands, with who paid and how much, and the progress bar moves. You can also pay the remaining balance yourself with one button.
Someone paid me in cash, or paid before all this. What now?
Anything collected outside the pay link needs a human to record it. Email support@playnsc.com with the amount and who it was from, and we will add it to your team's ledger so the balance is right.
Money already collected for this season is on your card, so check there before chasing anyone.
Someone asked to join my team
When a player signs up and picks your team, you get an email with Approve and Not on my team buttons, and the request also sits at the top of your team card until you answer it. Either route works, and it takes one click.
Approving adds them to your roster immediately. Declining just clears the request, and we do not send them a rejection note.
Approving costs your team nothing. The fee is a flat team amount, so another player is another person to split it with.
If you are away and a request is sitting there before game night, NSC staff can approve it as a backstop.
How do I add a player myself?
If they are already an NSC member, use Add a player under your roster. It offers three ways to find them, in the order you are most likely to recognise someone:
- Played for you, everyone who has worn your shirt in a past season.
- In your league, anyone on another roster in your league, with the team they are on shown next to their name.
- By email, for anyone else. Type the address they signed up with and we will confirm who it is before you add them.
They go on your roster straight away and we email them to say who added them, with a link to take themselves off if it was not meant for them. It costs your team nothing, because the fee is a flat team amount.
Someone brand new to NSC is not in there yet. Send them your team's signup link, at the bottom of your team card with a copy button. Anyone who signs up through it lands on your roster and signs the waiver in the same pass.
Who is actually coming on game night?
The Next game block on your card shows your next fixture with a head count: in, maybe, out, and no reply. Players answer from their own member page, and it updates as they do.
The no reply list is your chase list. Roster rows without an NSC member attached can never answer, so if someone is stuck there permanently, get them signed up with your team link.
Can I upload a team logo?
Yes. Tap the crest next to your team name at the top of your card, or use Add a team logo underneath it, and pick an image. PNG, JPG or WEBP.
We square it and shrink it for you, so a photo straight off your phone is fine. It goes live right away and shows everywhere your team appears: the league page, fixtures, results and your team page. Tap Remove to go back to the plain initials badge, and change it as often as you like.
Keep it clean and recognisable at small sizes. Anything offensive comes down.
What do my players see publicly?
On public pages, players show as first name and last initial, with no contact details and no positions. Your team page shows you full names because you need to know who is who, but it does not hand out phone numbers or email addresses.
Payment amounts are private too. The public pay page shows team progress and a payer count, never a list of who paid what.
Where are the schedule, standings and scores?
Open your league from playnsc.com. Fixtures, live scores, the table and the golden boot race are all public, so that page is the one to share with your team.
Scores are entered live by the scorekeeper on the night. If something looks wrong after a game, email support@playnsc.com rather than waiting for it to correct itself.
What about SportNinja?
We are not using SportNinja for anything going forward. Rosters, schedules, scores and payments all live here now. If you still have SportNinja links or app notifications, ignore them.
Who do I contact?
support@playnsc.com for anything about your team: rosters, payments recorded outside the pay link, schedule problems, or a player who cannot get signed up.
Your players can use support@playnsc.com for their own account questions, and there is a player FAQ you can send them instead of answering the same thing twelve times.
Send this to your team
Most of what players ask you is answered at playnsc.com/faq/player: how to sign in, how to pay, how to say whether they can make the game.
